NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF WAREHAM
During the weeks of September 19th. through October 15th., the Office of the Board of Assessors will be overseeing a field review of residential properties in town. This process complies with the Department of Revenue quality control to insure equitable assessments for the Tri Annual Valuation of 2012. Vision Appraisal is the town's vendor for this process.
Trained employees from Vision Appraisal will be driving street by street to check property record cards. There will be NO interior inspections. This review will be completed from a car.
