The Tremont Nail Master Plan Committee task is to finds means to preserve where possible and develop the Tremont Nail Factory Historical site that the Town of Wareham owns. The Committee is now working with the feasibility study just completed to determine to what scope the existing buildings can be preserved and what potential use they can be put to. The Committee is looking at locating outdoor events at the site for 2010. Also under review is the possibility of adding a Senior Housing complex to the site. As the project
develops, information will be posted on the site.
