2. Accept Minutes of March 8, 2010 Meeting
3. Cemetery Business
* Review. approve and sign deed for Lot 178 graves 1 thru 8 (O’Connor)
* Review, approve and sign deed for Lot 238 graves 5 & 6 (King)
* Review, approve and sign deed for Lot 234 grave 8 (Hodgkinosn)
* Review, approve and sign revised deed for Lot 208 graves 3 & 4 (Caron)
* Review and approve request by Betti-Jo Riberio to place a flat stone and double urn on Lot 215 located in the Agawam Cemetery. See letter attached.
* Review and approve request by Jim Moran to place a flat stone on Lot 186 grave #2 located in the Agawam Cemetery, Annex Section. See letter attached.
* Discuss & vote on Cemetery Article to be revised/ inserted in Town Meeting warrant
* View newspaper publication for all Lot Owners regarding trees/shrub removal
* Discuss quote for surveying Agawam Cemetery
* Discuss quotes submitted for repairing the Agawam Stone Wall
* Cemetery Receivables Spreadsheet
