MOBILE HOMESTEADS
Owner(s) can obtain an application from the Clerk's Office for
Mobile Home Protection. The name of the owner or owners, a
complete description of the mobile home (information can be
obtained from bill of sale, there are no deeds for mobile homes),
and notarized signature(s) are necessary in order to file this
document. The Clerk's Office includes the notary service in
the filing fee.
Booklets on Homesteads on real estate property (homes)
are available in the Clerk's Office. Applications for a real
estate homestead are available at the Plymouth County
