Wareham Conservation Commission Filing Fees
The following fee schedule has been adopted by the Wareham Conservation Commission under the Wareham Wetland Protective By-Law, Division VI as a fee structure for application submittal under the By-Law. These fees shall be in addition to the fees required under the MA Wetland Protection Act. These fees are in effect as of May 20th, 2009.
Notice of Intents $100.00
Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation
The fee for an ANRAD shall be calculated as $1.00 per linear ft of resource area boundary to be reviewed with a minimum fee of $100.00 and a maximum fee of $1000.00 per lot.
Determinations of Applicability $ 50.00
Certificate of Compliance Residential $ 50.00
Commercial $100.00
Amended Order of Conditions $100.00
