Town of Wareham, MA - Planning Board Special Hearing

In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40-A, Section 5 M.G.L., the Wareham Planning Board will hold a Special Meeting for a public hearing on Monday, March 29, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Lower Level Cafeteria at Memorial Town Hall, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA, to consider the proposals, amendments & map changes to the Town of Wareham Zoning By-Laws relative to and inclusive within the area of Seth F. Tobey Road intersection, to Carver Road to the Route 58 intersection at the Rochester, MA line. A copy of the proposed text, maps and amendments may be inspected at the Planning Department and Town Clerks office at Memorial Town Hall, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA during regular business hours.
