Many of you expressed interest in improving access to Minutes and Agendas on the website. We are now increasing their visibility on the site, organizing the documents into a common area, and encouraging any boards and committees to regularly submit their documents in digital format.
If you haven’t noticed already, there is a new link on the left side of the screen for meeting minutes and for agendas. These links are present on every page allowing viewers easy access to the information.
We created a consistent look and feel to the folders too. You’ll notice the words, “All agendas, minutes, and notices provided on this web site are for informational purposes only. Official copies and any attachments referenced are available at the Town Hall” on every page. Consistency counts in web design. Look for a common naming scheme for the files soon too.
We continue to encourage all boards and committees to submit their minutes electronically as well as in paper to the Clerk. If you are one of those committees, please contact Matt Underhill, website administrator, at munderhill@wareham.ma.us for more information.
