Library FAQS
1.  Can I check the library's catalogue from my home computer?
Yes!  Using the number from the back of your library card (your User I.D.) and your PIN (usually the last four digits of your telephone number), you can access the card catalogue, your account, and you can place books on hold from four public libraries, some K-12public schools, and colleges.  While Wareham is not a certified library, other reserves are limited to these locations.  Start at the web site www.sailsinc.org and follow the directions on the screen.  Call the library if you need to verify your PIN.  508-295-2343 extension 1011.

2.  Can I get a book that is not listed in the online catalogue?
Through the Interlibrary Loan system (ILL), we can access items from other locations  Please call for assistance with this option at 508-295-2343 extension 1012.  Decertification  has limited some of this access but the staff will do  its very best to find patrons what they need.

3.   How can I renew my books?
Please call the Main Desk at 508-295-2343 extension 1011 for assistance with renewals.  You may also log into your library account on the SAILS website (www.sailsinc.org) using your User ID and Pin number.  Your User ID is the number on the back of your library card.  Your PIN number is the last four digits of your telephone number.   This will allow you to review the items you  have checked out and renew them.  You may also see the items you have placed on hold.
