NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40-A, Section 5, Massachusetts General Laws, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on May 9, 2007, at 7:30 p.m. in the Lower Level Cafeteria of Wareham Town Hall, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, to consider the following proposed revisions to the Zoning Bylaw:
Application Filing Fees
COMMERCIAL:
Special Permit: $500.00 increase to $750.00
Variance: $500.00 increase to $750.00
RESIDENTIAL:
Special Permit: $200.00 increase to $300.00
Variance: $200.00 increase to $300.00
Plus $50.00 for every unit over two for applications involving multi family housing.
When the Zoning Board of Appeals secretary receives the application for the appropriate relief sought and the application is accompanied by a check for the filing fees and another separate check for the advertising fee of $80.00 (for 2 consecutive ads) payable to “Community Newspaper Company”, your application will be scheduled for a public hearing.
