CEDA - 4 Recovery Road Bid 2018

COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

SEALED PROPOSALS for the LEASING of 4 RECOVERY ROAD (the “premises”) in Wareham MA, shall be received at the offices of the Wareham Community and Economic Development Authority (CEDA), Memorial Town Hall, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA 02571, until 2:00 PM, on Monday, March 19, 2018, and at that time and place be publicly opened and read. Phone calls, telegrams, postmarks, etc. shall not be considered. Proposals not submitted on original forms shall be deemed non-responsive. Proposals must be made in a sealed envelope clearly marked “4 RECOVERY ROAD LEASE PROPOSAL.” The Town of Wareham/Wareham Community and Economic Development Authority assumes no liability for proposals mistakenly opened due to improperly labeled envelopes and will return same to proposer without notice.

Specifications may be obtained by contacting the Wareham Community and Economic Development Authority as of February 14, 2018. There will be no proposal conference. Interested parties may visit the site by advance arrangement by contacting the CEDA office at 508-291-3100, ext. 3171 or 3173.

The Town of Wareham/Community and Economic Development Authority (the “Lessor”) reserve the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any and all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town/CEDA.
