The scope of work includes construction of a new hi-arch gambrel salt storage structure and canopy lean-to structure.  Estimated construction cost:  $680,000.  General Contractor’s CATEGORY OF CERTIFICATION:  General Building Construction

MassDOT Prequalification: CHEMICAL STORAGE SHEDS (Bidders are required to provide evidence of prequalification by MassDOT)                            

Sealed bids for construction of a New Salt Storage Structure for the Town of Wareham, Massachusetts, will be received at the Municipal Maintenance Facility, 95 Charge Pond Road, Wareham, MA 02571 until 2:00 PM prevailing time, on December 06, 2017 at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Filed sub‑bids for Roofing and Electrical will be received at the Municipal Maintenance Facility, 95 Charge Pond Road, Wareham, MA 02571 until 2:00 PM prevailing time on November 22, 2017 at which time and place said sub‑bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
