TOWN OF WAREHAM

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Town of Wareham invites Statements of Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services from qualified firms for On-Call Professional Engineering Services related to Wastewater Treatment and Collection Systems.

Interested firms may obtain a copy of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from the Wareham Pollution Control Facility, 6 Tony’s Lane, Wareham, MA 02571 or on the Town of Wareham’s website www.wareham.ma.us under Bid Notices on or after July 6, 2017.  The prospective consultant is responsible for checking to see if any addenda have been issued prior to submitting their bid.  Any addenda will be posted on the Town’s website.

Statement of Qualifications will be received will be received by the Town at the Wareham Water Pollution Control Facility, 6 Tony’s Lane, Wareham, MA 02571 until 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 27, 2017.  All Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in a seal package and labeled with the firm’s name and the following: 

STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR
ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
RELATED TO WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND COLLECTION SYSTEMS

Three (3) copies of the Statement of Qualifications are required.

The Town of Wareham reserves the right cancel this Request for Qualifications, to reject in whole or in part any and all Statements of Qualifications, to seek further information from any and all proposers, to negotiate terms and price with the selected firm, or waive informalities on the process, as deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.  There will be no reimbursement to any firm, if selection is terminated.
