Notice of Request for Proposals: Public Services

The Community and Economic Development Authority (CEDA) is seeking input for inclusion in its FY’16 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Mini-Entitlement Application. The CDBG Mini-Entitlement program is a federal program administered by the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) designed to improve the quality of life for all residents, but principally for those of low and moderate incomes.

Public Service Proposals are being sought for non-profit organizations wishing to provide Public Services to low and moderate income residents in the Town of Wareham. Funds will be provided in the form of grants for Public Services program implementation. All interested non-profit organizations are invited to attend and comment on priorities in the area of public services.

On Wednesday, May 27, at 1:00 p.m., a mandatory bidders’ conference will be held in the Town Hall Auditorium, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA, for interested non-profit organizations who wish to submit an application in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Public Services. All applicants who are considering submitting a Public Services Proposal must attend the bidders’ conference. Applications will only be availableat this time. Failure to attend the bidders’ conference will result in disqualification of an application.
