3. Project Updates:
     a Review of Draft Updated Rules and Regulations.
     b Review of Draft Employee Manual.
4. Contracts/Equipment
     a Lime feed pumps from NEWWA
     b Rave reverse 911 contract
5. Public comment and request for future agenda items.
6. Executive Session - Exemption No. 3: To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
