Wareham Emergency Preparedness Forum

Event Date:
Thursday, May 5, 2016 - 7:00pm
Together the Bourne-Wareham Kiwanis and the Wareham High School Key Club are co-sponsoring a community Emergency Preparedness Forum on Thursday, 5 May at 7pm  at the Wareham High School auditorium.

Members of the community are encouraged to attend.  This forum will inform its citizens on actions to be taken in the event of a major emergency such as a hurricane or other natural disaster.  It will also educate residents how the many agencies come together to execute this important service.  The goal of the forum is to provide friendly, informative, productive, and substantive discussion on matters related to emergency response.

The following agencies will be represented on the forum: American Red Cross, Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency, Onset Fire Department, Southcoast Health Agency, Wareham Fire Department, Wareham Police Department, Wareham School District and WCTV.

Mr. William McCann from the Bourne-Wareham Kiwanis will be moderating this event.

Thanks for your support, and we hope to see you there!
