Wareham Assessors Office
The Town of Wareham Assessors office is continuing its cyclical inspection of properties in accordance with Department of Revenue guidelines. Data collectors will be going door to door to verify property data and information so that all residents are fairly assessed. The Data Collectors will be asking questions and requesting to inspect the interior and exterior of your homes, measure the perimeter of your home and any outbuildings you may have and take a couple of pictures to update our records. We ask for your cooperation in this matter.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Assessor’s office Monday thru Thursday from 8:15 to 6 pm at 508-291-3160 or the Police Department Business line at 508-295-1212. Data Collector’s will be working Monday thru Saturday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
