Cemetery Water Meters

This is an update to the July 9th communication regarding the valve installation at Agawam and Center Cemeteries.

We are happy to announce that the final installation and testing of the valves at Agawam and Center cemeteries has been completed. Water will be available on Tuesday, July 14th.

As a reminder the water will only be turned on during specific times of the day. 

The initial daily access times will be as follows:

Morning: 6:00AM – 9:00AM
Afternoon/Evening: 4:00PM – 7:00PM

Good morning,

The timing systems have arrived for Center and Agawam cemeteries. They will be placed in multiple meter pits at Agawam and Center cemeteries. Installation is anticipated to be completed by Friday, July 17th if not sooner.

Once installation is complete and the new valves have been tested the water at Agawam and Center cemeteries will be turned on for specific time periods. We will send out an alert as to when they are functioning.

The initial daily access times will be as follows:

Morning: 6:00AM – 9:00AM
Afternoon/Evening: 4:00PM – 7:00PM
