Age-Friendly WAREHAM
A Town of Wareham Initiative under the Direction of the Council on Aging, in partnership with AARP.
This survey of Wareham residents is being conducted by the Wareham Council on Aging on behalf of the Age-Friendly Wareham Initiative. This survey’s intent is to conduct an assessment of the community’s age-friendliness, which will help The Wareham Council on Aging and its partners to develop an action plan for a community aimed at livable for all ages. Completion of this survey is voluntary and all responses are confidential.
