Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan

To ensure that all Town programs and services are accessible to residents and visitors who have disabilities, the Town has retained Kessler McGuinness & Associates to conduct an assessment of its buildings, programs and services, and to develop a strategic accessibility plan.  Public input is essential to developing a sound plan that reflects the community’s needs. The Town would like to hear your ideas and concerns regarding the accessibility of its programs and facilities.  Please take a couple of minutes to answer our very brief survey.

You can complete the survey by clicking on this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/5NY9RK3  or by printing out a hard copy of the survey that is attached here. Copies are also available for pick up at the Wareham Free Library (Main and Spinney branches), at the information table outside of the Town Clerk’s Office in Town Hall, or at the Council on Aging.

If you need this survey in an alternative format or just want more information about this initiative, please contact the Department of Planning & Community Development at psanborn@wareham.ma.us.  Hard copies should be mailed to Kessler McGuinness & Associates, LLC at 1 Bridge Street, Newton, MA  02458.  Please submit all surveys and comments by Friday, October 25, 2018.  Thank you!
