Inspectional Services Public Workshop
The Wareham Inspectional Services team will hold a public workshop on March 13, at 7:00 PM, in the auditorium at the Wareham town hall, 54 Marion Road.
Building Commissioner David Riquinha will host this event, and provide an overview of the Wareham Inspectional Services department. David will also discuss the Wareham zoning regulations and the permitting processes. There will be a question and answer session at the end of the presentation.
The workshop is intended to help Wareham Citizens better understand the Building and Zoning regulations for addition, alteration, and new construction of buildings. The goal is to ensure citizens can utilize the processes in the most efficient manner and know what resources are available to help them.
All Wareham citizens are encouraged to attend, especially those who are planning property modifications.
