NOTICE OF VACANCY

In accordance with M.G.L. c.41, s. 11 and the Wareham Town Charter, notice is hereby given of a vacancy on the Board of Assessors.  The Wareham Board of Selectmen and the Board of Assessors have decided to fill said vacancy, which shall run until a new member is elected during the spring Town Annual Election in 2020.

Interested persons should contact the Selectmen's Office to obtain applications, which are available until 5:00 p.m. on May 30, 2019.  At 6:00 p.m. on June 4, 2019, the Wareham Board of Selectmen and Board of Assessors shall meet jointly to interview and appoint a new member on the Board of Assessors, to fill the vacancy.  Applicants are expected to attend the meeting so that they may be interviewed.
