2017 – 2024 Open Space and Recreation Plan Questionnaire

 

The Town of Wareham is in the process of updating its 2017 Open Space and Recreation Plan.  An update of the Plan is necessary to qualify for State grant programs for the acquisition and protection of open space and for new recreational facilities. 

Please voice your priorities by taking a few minutes to complete this important survey by June 30, 2017 and Drop off or Mail to Town Hall, Planning Department, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA  02571.  Or you might prefer to complete the on-line version of this survey on the Town website (http://www.wareham.ma.us/home/pages/surveys).  

The answers you provide will help to formulate Wareham’s Open Space and Recreation Plan.
