Bids shall be received at the Municipal Maintenance Department at 95 Charge Pond Road, Wareham, MA 02571 on behalf of the Awarding Authority, Derek Sullivan, Town Administrator until 1 PM on Monday, May 20, 2019 and at that time and place, will be publically opened and read. Phone calls, telegrams, postmarks, etc. shall not be considered. Bids not submitted on original bid forms shall be deemed non-responsive. Bid submission must be made in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Surplus Property, Item #s- 1 PM Monday, May 20, 2019”. The Town of Wareham assumes no liability for bids mistakenly opened due to improperly envelope markings and will return same to bidder without notice. A bid deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must be included with all bids.

Items may be viewed at the Wareham Municipal Maintenance Garage at 95 Charge Pond Road, Wareham, MA on Friday, May 17, 2019 from 8 AM to 12 PM.

This property is offered and sold AS IS, WHERE IS. The Town makes no express or implied warranties beyond the face hereof, including, but not limited to, for MECHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Successful bidders shall remove their property by May 31, 2019

The Town of Wareham reserves the right to waive any formalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any and all bids, and to take whatever action may be deemed in the best interest of the Town as allowed by M.G.L.
