I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER

III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

A. Approval of Minutes of the Board of Road Commissioners for the meetings held on

May 9, 2016 and any other Minutes in need of approval.

IV. NEW BUSINESS

A. Discuss and possibly vote on recommendations for the issuance of parking permits to

Onset residents.

B. Discuss and possibly vote on parking regulations affecting Gault Road in the vicinity of

St. Anthony's Church.

C. Discuss the condition of town-owned signs that are faded, damaged or blocked from

view.

V. OLD BUSINESS

A. Complete the reorganization of the Board of Road Commissioners (to elect a Chair).

Also discuss the membership of the Town Planner.

B. Discuss and review the Onset Parking Program.

VI. ANY OTHER BUSINESS/DISCUSSIONS

(This time is reserved for topics/business that the Chairman and Board Members did not
