>discussion and vote on grants submitted for spring town meeting

>recommendation and vote of funding source for approved grants

>cpc articles for spring town meeting – non-grant requests

>articles for spring town meeting are due 2/5

>what options if selectman vote not to place cpa article on warrant

>agreement for grants – review and finalize – waiting ta approval to use

> discussion/review/approval of pending invoices

> any other business

>next meeting date
