The training will support nonprofits who have a working knowledge of SBV, but are still working to implement and institutionalize strategic pro bono within their organization.

Where to Start: Strategic SBV at your Organization

Assessing organizational readiness

Scoping SBV projects across functional areas

Clarifying and communicating the intended impact

Considering volunteer options

Best practices for creating and sustaining meaningful cross-sector partnerships

 

 Project Scoping Workshop

Facilitated Session during which attendees will:

Identify organizational challenges

Narrow challenges into potential skills-based projects

Determine the deliverables where skilled-volunteers should focus their efforts
