3. Accounting and Management items:
     a Approve minutes.
     b Sign bills.
     c Fee Rate Schedule Review: Establishing policy on fee rate schedule.
4. Project Updates:
     a Preliminary Building Rehabilitation Project List.
     b Water Purification Plant:
          i. Tracer report update by Kleinfelder
5. Grant Updates.
6. Public comment and request for future agenda items. (Water Commissioner meeting to close at 6 pm for joint meeting).
7. Joint meeting with Prudential Committee to review proposed Maple Springs Water Purification Plant:
