Please note: All reports must be requested by email or fax. You may also complete the Report Request Form and drop it off in the lobby of the police station.

- Juvenile Reports (any and all info to be obtained from Juvenile court)
All Arrest Reports can be obtained from Wareham District Court, 2200 Cranberry Highway, West Wareham, MA 02576
Requesting Police Reports
State Statues govern which reports are permitted to be copied and released. It is possible the report you are requesting will not be releasable. Any incident that is currently under investigation the report will not be released until the investigation is complete.
Certain information and identities of persons are exempt from disclosure by the statute. Sexual assault and domestic reports, certain witness information and their statements and confidential sources.
Note: When the Records Department is closed and a report is needed please complete the Wareham Police Report Request Form (located under Forms/Applications under Resources) and mail or drop off to Wareham Police Department and a copy of the report will be sent to you within 7 business days.
