5:45 P.M. Open Session
5:45 P.M. Enter into Executive Session

  1. M.G.L. 30A § 21 (a) (3) Union Contracts – To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.

 

AGENDA:      Application for (8) one day wines & malts beverages license by Buzzards Play Productions

                      Authorize payment to the Law Office of Attorney Richard Bowen
                      Discussion of Town Meeting Warrant Articles
                      Vote on the following Union Contracts:

  1. AFSCME Council 93 AFL-CIO Local 30 Wareham Library Employees
  2. Massachusetts Labor’s Public Employees Council Union 1249 of the Labor’s International Union of North America Wareham Wastewater Treatment Plant Union;
  3. Massachusetts Labor’s Public Employees Council Union 1249 of the Labor’s International Union of North America Wareham Municipal Maintenance Department and Town Custodians Union;
  4. Wareham Professional Firefighters EMT Association, IAFF, Local 2895.

Any other Town Business not reasonably anticipated 48 hours prior to the posting of this meeting.
