In February 2019, we launched ViewPoint Cloud (VPC) On-Line Permitting Software. For quick access click here: http://warehamma.viewpointcloud.com

You will need a valid email address to register for an account. Once an account is created, you may pull your permit(s). Please note: if you have an account with another town, you won’t have to re-register.

  • Paper Permit Applications will no longer be accepted. You must use VPC.
  • Permits are not issued until all approvals are given and we have processed your payment.
  • No inspections will be scheduled until a permit has been paid and issued.  No exceptions.
  • Scanned Documents: Many of the attachments that we receive with the applications are photographs taken with smartphones, iPhones and iPads. Unfortunately, these aren’t clear pictures and many times we have to request a scanned copy. If you have an iPhone or iPad, please check out Apple’s Document Scanner that is in the Notes tab. This produces a much clearer image therefore, allowing us to process permits quicker. Please check it out at: https://www.imore.com/how-use-document-scanner-iphone-and-ipad
