Veterans Council Goals

  1. To promote community awareness of Veteran's and Veteran's issues
  2. Coordinate with the local VA hospitals for a transportation program for those in need
  3. Develop and promote groups for Veterans and their families
  4. Assist the local Veteran's Service Agent as may be appropriate
  5. Plan and execute such events and activities as the council may elect to undertake: I.E., placement and retrieving of flags on Veterans's graves, as appropriate
  6. Coordinate the maintenance of applicable Veteran's monuments and other related assets.
