Mail In Parking Ticket Appeal Procedures

We do not conduct in-person hearings.  You may appeal your ticket by mail within 21 days of the issuance of the ticket by writing a letter to:

Wareham Police Department
Attn:  Parking Ticket Appeals
2515 Cranberry Highway
Wareham, MA  02571

Please include the following information for an appeal:

-Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
-Copy of the ticket
-Copy of your registration
-A statement that explains the reason for your appeal, if you feel it will help your case, supply any other documentation that may have a bearing on your case (i.e. photos, diagrams, maps, proof of payment, copy of handicapped placard, copy of beach sticker or parking permit, etc.).

If you are appealing your ticket, please do not make payment until you hear from us regarding your disposition.
