Confer with mediator on litigation or decision per Chapter 30A, Section (9) (Come out of executive session and vote to re-enter executive session) 6:25 p.m.
Discuss reputation, character, health, discipline, charges, complaints, but not professional competence of individual per Chapter 30A, Section 21(1)
